Description

Now in its 6th year, this vibrant boutique music festival takes place during September in the beautiful leafy country park of Robin Hill, near Newport on the Isle of Wight. Crowds will be entertained by hundreds of live bands and concerts, DJs and fancy dress parades!

The huge line up includes headliners: MGMT and Massive Attack and so many more artists and DJs to catch on the Isle of Wight this September!

What's included?

DAY ONE - Friday 11th September
08.00hrs Local pick ups are completed.

The description & location of your pick up point is found on the top of your E-Ticket.

We recommend you arrive at your departure/pick up point at least 10 minutes prior to ensure you do not miss your tour! You must ensure you go to your booked pick up point as you may not be able to board at another location.

11.00hrs Southampton to East Cowes ferry crossing with Red Funnel.
12.00hrs Upon arrival to the Isle of Wight we drive across the Island and check in to our Sandown Hotel - only 2 minutes walk to the beach!
13.30hrs Transfer from the hotel to Robin Hill, a country park near Newport - the home of the multi-award winning Bestival!
Kick back, relax and enjoy the fantastic line up!
00.30hrs Transfer from the festival site back to our hotel.

DAY TWO - Saturday 12th September
09.00 – 09.30hrs A full cooked English breakfast will be served in the dining room.
10.30hrs After breakfast transfer to the Bestival site for today’s awesome line up. Dont forget your OUTTA SPACE fancy dress!
00.30hrs Transfer from the Bestival site back to our hotel.

DAY THREE - Sunday 13th September another great day at the festy! Fireworks tonight!

DAY FOUR - Monday 14th September
07.00 – 07.45hrs A full cooked English breakfast will be served in the dining room.
08.00hrs After breakfast we make our way back to East Cowes.
09.30hrs East Cowes – Southampton ferry crossing with Red Funnel.
13.00hrs Approximate time of arrival into central London.

7. Refunds/Cancellations Policy

You must inform us in writing (via fax, email or post) if you wish to cancel a tour or other booking in whole or in part, returning to us any tickets already issued. We must acknowledge your correspondence in order for cancellation to be processed. On cancellation we will charge you an administration charge or percentage of the total price as follows:

• Cancellation notified and tickets returned more than 35 days prior to departure - full refund

• Cancellation notified and tickets returned between 34 and 15 days prior to departure - 50% of total value

• Cancellation notified and tickets returned within 14 days and day of departure - 100% of total value.

All amendments or name changes to confirmed bookings prior to departure are subject to a £10.00 per person administration fee plus any price difference. We regret that no amendments or name changes are possible for any short break less than fourteen days before departure. No amendments are possible for day excursions less than 48 hours before scheduled departure. Passengers that do not check-in at their appointed pick-up point and time will be considered cancelled and normal cancellation policies are applied. No amendments are possible after your departure date and time.
